The City manages a range of boat pens at the marina. Pen sizes and availability vary, and waiting lists may apply.
North Harbour
Recreational boat pens
- 313 floating boat pens (8m – 20m)
- Electricity, water, and lighting bollard to each berth
- Secure gatehouse entry and security patrols
- Pen holder toilets, showers, and laundry facilities
Commercial boat pens
- 36 boat pens (10m – 20m)
- Electricity, water, and lighting bollard to each berth

Mandurah has several public boat ramps and jetties providing safe launching and short‑term mooring options.

The City of Mandurah manages:

Contact Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) for the following:
- Marine safety (including boating incidents)
- Waterway navigation aids
- Private jetties and pontoons
Transport WA is responsible for the management of abandoned vessels within the waterways.
Potential environmental threats through contamination or environmental monitoring responsibilities sit with DTMI and Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER). They are the lead agencies managing vessel recovery and any associated environmental assessments.
Vessels must only be moored in approved locations. Unauthorised vessels can create safety hazards and limit access for other users.
If a vessel is parked without permission, won’t move, and is causing disruption, please call (08) 9550 3777 and ask for Rangers.
Fishing is not permitted on the marina pens or marina facilities. Check signage in the area.
Speeding vessels can be reported to the Water Police on (08) 9583 9200.
